Located at Kodigehalli, a moderate sized plot turned out bright and airy residence with curtains spread out. This three storey residence with four bedrooms, a double height living area is complimented by a home theatre, an open terrace with artificial grass floor and a party terrace is a dream house for the family, which functionsmajorly on solar power. Being a corner site, working both the elevations was challengeable. The openings in the elevations are two different geometrical shapes for the lightsgalore. The anchor is a dramatic double height living area, with a double height inner garden with circular openings to illuminate. The veneer finished wooden works with white walls and cream marble flooring gives a flamboyant interior aspect. The staircase which runs from ground to third is richly laid with dark marble and a small band of cream marble in the rise. This exterior staircase wall has diamond shape cuts for the exterior light to stream in the day and interior lighting to stream out during night.
