This 1,00,000 sq ft luxurious hotel is located at heart of city (Gandhinagar) which has high commercial value. The idea of rendering the space with a subtle simplicity with a few striking and stylish elements like sandstone and wooden textured ACP's which emphasis the building and contemporary ambient lightings towards the textured wall which adds beauty to the building. The hotel consists of G + 8 floors where it has luxuries roof top restaurant with race course view. The basement floor space is treated with ambled car parking, other services like maintenance and staff recreation zone were tugged in. To add up the grandness in the ground floor lobby, we decided to play with fluidic geometry in RCP and it has double height for an elegant view. We attached the Bar restaurant in the same floor with the grand kitchen which has a separate entry. The first floor is comprised of two premium banquet halls, admin dept., meeting room and business class conference room. The typical floors from 2nd to 6th are engaged with 90 business class guestrooms, which has four varieties are called as Deluxe, luxury, premium and presidential suite rooms. The most highlighted space as roof top restaurant, couple of party halls and kitchen alights in Seventh floor. Finally, corporate admin dept., gym, recreational space and other presidential suite rooms are located in the Eighth floor where they can have the race course and cityscape views. The interior aesthetic evolved after a series of discussions with the client. The dramatic visual effect highlights the monotony and simplicity of the interior.

Overall the massing follows contemporary style, rather it is a pleasing of furniture and accessories thoughtfully designed /procured to fit the specific slot planned for it. Natural light, ventilation and lovely views of the cityscape.

By doing such a project, we have learnt to share our ideas and incorporate them into the design. As we are entering into a new contemporary world, the need of new project like this can change the whole scenario of the new society.
