This 40' X 60' site is located in Belgaum. The foyer has a perforated feature wall made of CNC cut cement fibre board,intended to induce a sense of suspense as one enters. The spacious double height living area is naturally lit through large full height glass windows. The feature wall extends to form the backdrop for the television to be mounted on, in the living room. The cantilevered flight of stairs acts as a focal element in this space.

The dining area is sunken from the living space and is sandwiched between two courtyards that give a close to earth experience. In the first floor, a bridge over the living room below, leads to the master bedroom, giving it exclusivity and privacy. The exterior is simple, with grey bands wrapping the stone cladded and wood finished walls.
